Shipping Policy


All shipping is based off weight at the end of checkout.

When will my order arrive? 

We know you can’t wait to get your bracelet and get access to Elevate that is why Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering; however, some exceptions may occur like the time of day you purchase or day of the week. NOTE: we do not ship on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on any major US holidays.

***Also, please be aware that all bracelets are handmade and we can get backed up at times.


Standard shipping: 3-6 business days  (US Only)
Expedient shipping: 2-3 business days (US Only)

Standard shipping: 11-14 business days  (International)

Refund Policy


Returns:

 We offer a 30 day return policy.

 Unfortunately after 30 days we can not offer you a refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging and needs the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

If you would like a refund, please email us and we will send you instructions on how to ship the item back to us. 

Each customer is responsible for return shipping.

There are certain situations where a partial refund will be given (if applicable). 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to error.

  • Any item returned more than 45 days after delivery.

Refunds: 

Once we have received your return, we will inspect it and send you an email to to look let you know that we have received the item and let you know if it has been approved for a refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or marginal method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or Missing Refunds: 

  • If you haven’t received your refund in at least 10 days, we advise you to check your bank account first.

  • If you paid by credit card check with your credit card company, sometimes it takes time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items can only be refunded if there is a technical issue with your product. 

Exchanges: 

Unfortunately we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Warranty Policy


Omnia grants a warranty on all its products and jewelry (“Products”) that have been purchased through an authorized distribution channel. At this time, the only authorized channel is our Omnia online store. Our products are under a six month warranty from the date of original purchase. 

Our products are triple checked before being sent out, however in case of a defect in the product during the period of warranty you may return the product according to our return policy. For a defective product return, Omnia will either:

  1. Repair the product using new or refurbished parts at its own expense.

  2. Replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the defective product.

  3. Or refund to you the whole or part of the product.

Omnia will not replace, repair or refund the defective product before it is returned to Omnia. From the date of replacement or repair, any replacement product will continue with the remaining warranty of the original product or institute a new warranty period of 30 days, whichever period is longer. If the product is refunded to the customer, the returned product goes into Omnia’s ownership and property. 

This limited warranty provided by Omnia only applies to products manufactured by Omnia. Omnia cannot grant any warranty on products purchased through any unauthorized channels. This limited warranty cannot be granted to products damaged by accidents, abuse, misapplication, misuse or use of non-omnia products together with products manifested by Omnia. The consumer cannot be granted any warranty in case of exposure to harsh environments or chemicals since they can negatively impact the appearance of the product. Examples of hard environment that can negatively impact your Omnia product are liquid silver polish, swimming pools, hot tubs and spas, ocean or any body or water. Please refer to our Omnia product care guide.  Failure to adhere to this guide may constitute misuse, misapplication or abuse of your Omnia product. 

This limited warranty does not affect your rights of applicable law and may not affect you directly.
