How do I connect my bracelet? 

  • Tap your bracelet charm to the back of your phone where the NFC scanner is located. For Iphone you can do the front or the back of your phone. You may have to slowly move it around first to locate the scanner.

  • If you have an iphone the NFC scanner should already be activated. If you have an android, make sure the NFC scanner is turned on.

  • A link will appear on your phone screen. Click that link.

  • Create an account. (Hit remember me & stay logged in if you don’t want to keep logging in everytime you tap your phone to the bracelet.)

  • Start Elevating your life. (You can access to all of the bracelet, not just the one you tapped to your phone)

Where is the NFC scanner of my phone located?

Before you scan your NFC charm please make sure that the NFC reading function is enabled on your phone. 

IPhones normally have the NFC already activated.  For Android & Huawei phones your NFC activation can be done in your settings.

Other Phones not listed: In most cases, you will find the NFC scanner on your phone in the very center or at the top part of your phone. You can also find out by slowly sliding your NFC charm around the backside of your phone until you hit it.

Does your bracelet work with my phone? 

Our bracelet (NFC charm) is compatible with Android, Huawei phones as well as iPhone 7 or higher!

***Please note that iPhone 6 or lower ARE NOT compatible with Omnia jewelry.

My bracelet isn’t connecting, what do I do? OR My bracelet isn’t working what do I do? 

We highly recommend watching our video on how to tap your bracelet. This quick video explains everything.

Do I need to have my bracelet with me at all times in order to access Elevate?

Nope! You can access our Omnia web application, Elevate with your phone or your computer without taping the bracelet. All you have to do is go to www.discoveromniaelevate.com & log in to your account. It is that easy!

What is the difference between Standard Access & Elevate Access? 

With standard access you get to experience ONE video / audio in each category for all bracelets.

With elevate access you get to experience ALL videos / audios for either the bracelet of your choice or all bracelets.

How to cleanse my bracelet? 

These bracelets are genuine, high-quality crystals, tha means they attract energy and should cleased. We recommend placing your product on a piece of selenite overnight or smudging your product using sage or Palo Santo. We recommend cleaning your product once a week or once a month depending on how frequently you are wearing it. 

Which wrist should I wear my bracelet on? 

The left side is our receiving side and the right side is our giving side. The left side deals with the internal self, how you absorb energy and react to what is going on around you. The right side is controlling energy in your outside environment, sending your energy out to others.

Omnia is a mindset company that is all about YOU shifting YOUR mindset, so we recommend you place the bracelets on your left hand. You want to RECEIVE love, joy, inspiration & calmness.

Everything right now goes on the left side because we are making an INTERNAL shift. We are focusing on shifting what is INTERNALLY going on. We are NOT focused on the outside environment at this time. Once you feel like you are good internally, switch to the right side to give out love, joy, inspiration & calmess

Can I order just the subscription and not the bracelet? 

Absolutely! You do not need the bracelet to access the subscription. Just go to www.discoveromniaelevate.com

How is it made?

Each product is handmade in the USA. Our products are made on memory wire making them durable and flexible, fitting most wrists. All of our stones are high-quality, natural genuine stones. The charms are stainless steel. The stones in the charm are also genuine high-quality stones. The technology we use for the charms are NFC Tags.

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. 

Do you offer payment plans?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not.

Orders:

Do I have to pay customs charges on my order?

Unfortunately, Omnia is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied on International orders. All customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. Omnia will not cover custom charges, those charges will be paid by the customer. We advise you to check with your local customs office so you are not surprised by an unexpected delivery charge on your end. 

How do I cancel my order? 

Here at Omnia we know how excited you are to receive your order, that is why the moment you place it, we are on it. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are only able to cancel your order if you have contacted us BEFORE we have shipped it out. If you order is already sent out to the carrier, unfortunately, we can not cancel it. We advise you to contact us ASAP for any orders you wish to cancel. 

Can I change my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is on the way we cannot make any changes to it being that it is already in route to you. We advise you to contact us ASAP for any order changes. So we can try our best to assist you.

Do you ship to my country? 

Due to the global situation, we are currently not able to ship our items to some countries. 

The countries that we are unable to ship to at this time are Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Chad, Cuba, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Libya, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Russian Federation, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen
